Tax Exemption

We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases in any state/jurisdiction in which we have a nexus with, unless you are registered with your state and have received a sales tax exemption due to the nature of your business/organization or for the purposes of resale. 

In order for your account to be marked as tax exempt in our system, you will need to send in your state sales tax certificate along with the appropriate sales tax form.

Once we've reviewed your paperwork, you will receive a confirmation email that your account has been approved. We cannot refund sales tax on any purchases previously made. Your account will be marked as tax exempt from the date you receive your approval email. All purchases after your confirmation email will be tax exempt, if applicable.
